Selected CEDR Applied GIS & Economic Development Work

As a Graduate Research Assistant with Georgia Tech’s Center for Economic Development Research (CEDR), I have contributed to applied planning, GIS, economic-development, housing, workforce, and community-research projects across Georgia. This collection highlights selected smaller projects that demonstrate the range of my work beyond my larger standalone case studies. My contributions have included GIS and spatial analysis, database development and data cleaning, demographic and housing analysis, previous-plan review, stakeholder and survey research, ecosystem and best-practice analysis, data visualization, report development, and presentation materials for community and regional partners. Over time, my role at CEDR progressed from research and GIS support into increasingly independent analysis, interpretation, and communication. These projects reflect that progression and show how I translate complex datasets, plans, and stakeholder information into clear findings that can support planning and economic-development decisions.
